Hi, I am Alina and I love helping people succeed. Born in Beltsy, Moldova and since the year of 2007 loving my earthly home in Minnesota. What place can be cooler than Minnesota, right?

Married to a wonderful man and hoping to be blessed by God with little rays of sunshine. Love God with all of my heart and with all of my soul.  Serving children as a Sunday School teacher at our church, singing in a choir, helping out with live streaming of our church services, and family-focused ministry.

Love to spend time with my family. I have traveled to many places in the US and internationally. I am an outdoor lover, so the best place where I have been so far is Montana; I loved to sleep in a tent up in the mountains. My favorite drink is plain water.

When it comes to working, I am trying to do every task as if for God.  I am responsible, trustworthy, and organized.  I have an Associate Degree in business and love doing Word documents, PowerPoint, and many other tasks associated with designing and creating.

I love business! Always have. I grew up “talking shop” and all things business with my self-employed parents and now with my entrepreneur husband. I enjoy the strategizing and planning, systematizing and organizing parts of the business. And making it all look really good lights me up! So while I can enter data into spreadsheets, create pivot tables, todo lists and answer emails like a champ, what I really enjoy is making your website, social media and newsletters look amazing. Combining tech, marketing and design, I enjoy making your business systems work together to run smoothly, efficiently and look great doing it. Let me help you find the freedom to build the life you have always wanted. I am an ISFJ-T, my strengths are Learner and Achiever. I am high in fact finding and follow through, straight down the middle in quickstart and lowest in implementor. My Kolbe also shows my strength in explaining and systemizing.

Hi, I’m Amanda, and I’m an enabler. I specialize in tech, copywriting, and marketing, so your business is visible to customers, clear and compelling in what you provide, and working efficiently “under the hood” instead of being a constant fire. I’m very flexible! I work well with people who feel like their business is a hot mess and need someone add consistency and take the jobs that make your heart full of dread.

I’m a little bit magic with tech, including finding efficient tech solutions. If you have tech tools that are overwhelming or confusing you, or you feel like you’re not getting everything out of them, I can help you by streamlining, explaining, and taking advantage of everything available to you. If you have a big, exciting idea, but don’t know how to make it reality, I can research and implement the just-right tool for both what you need and the way you think.

I’m a trained fiction writer with over ten years experience, using the Storybrand framework to write copy that isn’t pushy or sleazy. Instead, it’s showing your customers or clients what you sell, how it will improve their lives, and how happy they’ll be after!

I’m capable in both social media and email marketing, including being the first person clients reach when they send inquiries. I don’t mind answering the same questions over and over! I’m happy to either build you a strategy for having consistent marketing or fit into what you already have set up.

When I’m not working (and when I am, let’s be honest) I’m a mother of four in the wilds of Alaska. I’m married to a mountain of a man, a blacksmith, who is the second best thing that ever happened to me. I live at the foot of a mountain, and a mile from the edge of the sea. My idea of a perfect afternoon is taking a book or some sewing out to the edge of the creek and relaxing.

My three focus areas are Systems, Writing, and Marketing.

Hello!

My name is Cristi Barkley and I am a Virtual Assistant. My background is administration and I honestly love it! I’m the strange sort who doesn’t mind the repetition of document management keeping track of all the back end stuff that keeps a business moving forward. I know I’m doing my job well when the business owner can focus on what they love, helping their customers! You see, that’s my role as well. YOU, the business owner is MY customer and I get as much of a thrill as you do when your customers are happy.

I am a homeschooling mama so I am all about the details. When my girls are learning a new concept it’s so important to make sure they have all the learning blocks in place so that they can have a good understanding of that concept. My oldest is now in high school so I am having to make sure I’ve adequately prepared her for the challenges she will be facing during the next 3 and a half years and then when she starts college. (She wants to study software engineering.) My youngest is in 5th grade and loves animals! She wants to be a trainer and groomer. I am directing her curriculum to be entrepreneur focused and also behavioral and biological science.

My husband is a Navy Veteran. He served on many different ships including the USS Cole and he commissioned the USS Truman! (That means he was on the ship while it was being built and is an official Plank Owner!) We’ve been married for nearly 16 years and he has always been my biggest supporter! I learned so much as a Navy wife and now we are having to navigate the Department of Veterans Affairs, well, I’ve learned a lot about how to find the answers that we need!

I look forward to getting to know you better and how I can help you and your business be all that you dream it to be!

Who is Gail Barnes? I am born and raised in Minnesota. In fact, I still live in the community that I grew up in which is located one hour north of Minneapolis. I’m the proud mom of three adult kids and a mother-in-law to a fantastic, blessing to our family son-in-law. My household is also home to the sweetest ever rescued Siamese named Simon and the ever-shedding, Golden Lab named Marley, who is technically my son’s dog.

When my kids were small, I had several hobbies that included: knitting, crocheting, cake decorating, gardening, sewing, rubber stamp card making, cross-stitching, scrapbooking, and photography. I no longer can stand having unfinished projects occupying my dining room table for days on end so I have narrowed my interests down to macro photography, cake decorating (for my kids birthdays), container gardening (I love having flowers on my deck), and an occasional small crochet project. I also enjoy cooking and entertaining. My favorite recipe to make is Spicy Coconut Shrimp with Mango Basil Salsa. So, so good! I’m not sure if I really have a favorite food, but I like anything that creates a flavor party.

Traveling is something I love to do, but I’m not sure that I have an absolute favorite, although I really do love Tennessee. A few years ago, I had the opportunity to travel to the Dominican and I could hardly breathe as I attempted to take in all of the beauty. However, that beauty was also tempered by the immense poverty and I found myself so grateful for all that I had. More recently, I traveled to Tennessee to photograph the solar eclipse that took place in August 2017. Natural events like the solar eclipse are so exciting to experience. Arizona has also become a recent favorite. I’m always amazed when I see God’s handiwork in such different ways.

Lastly, I’ll tell you about the Administrative Assistant side of me, I absolutely enjoy anything that has to do with creating and problem-solving, such as designing spreadsheets, documents, flyers, etc. I’m discovering that I’m most fulfilled when I know that I am helping individuals be more productive. Even though I don’t currently have experience with web design or other graphic-type projects, such as Facebook ads, I am excited to learn.

Now that you know more about me than you probably wanted to know, I look forward to learning from you and your team.

Heather LudwigI’m a wife and homeschooling mom of two teens from the great state of MN.  I recently went back to school and graduated with my bachelor’s degree, so it was time to reenter the business world.  I have always loved helping people, and I found myself loving positions in administration, customer service, and IT.  With that in mind, I decided to put my education and past experiences to work by starting my own virtual assistant services business to help busy people such as yourself.  To brush up on my skills, I enrolled in The VA Academy with Never Alone Business Services.  Through this specialized training, my recent education, and my previous experiences, I am well prepared to be your assistant, to take a load off your plate so that you can refocus your time and energy on your business goals and ideas and the tasks you enjoy most.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family playing games, hanging out, geocaching, or going on photo scavenger hunts.  In my alone time, I most enjoy puzzles—kakuro (cross sums) and crosswords being my favorites—or taking my dog for a lazy stroll through the neighborhood.  I am also an active member of the community volunteering at an after-school program for teens with a focus on mental health and at my church as the Director of Children’s Education.

I love to figure out how to solve problems and achieve projects. Data and spreadsheets can be a complete nightmare when disorganized and no vision on how to pull analysis from all those cluttered rows of information. I thrive on finding and implementing organization and goals to this type of chaos. Some of my favorite tasks are creating basic reports, file or e-mail management/filtering, database building, and setting up autoresponders.

I worked as an Assistant Project Manager at my last full-time job for five years while adding on the role of ERP Implementation Specialist when my company implemented an ERP system. I am transitioning to being a virtual assistant to be able to be home more with my family and still help companies achieve their goals by working on the nitty-gritty details of spreadsheets, data management, and reports.

When not working, you can find me spending time with my two children, reading, budgeting family finances, bingeing Dave Ramsey podcasts, running half marathons, or watching the Marvel movies and tv shows with my nerdy husband.

Hey, I’m Julie… wife, mother, and taco-lover!

I was born and raised in Minnesota.  After marrying my husband in 2010, we spent several years in California and Tennessee.   We recently moved back to Minnesota where we reside with our two children.  Some of my passions include food, clean-living, and spreadsheets.

I graduated from the Minnesota School of Business in 2011 with my BS in Business Management and emphasis in Hospitality Management.  I’ve worked in various aspects of the restaurant industry for over a decade.  I’ve spent several of those years working for The Cheesecake Factory, Inc. providing administrative support, creating/revising training materials, and implementing new systems and procedures.

Hi! I am Lindsay Van Voorst.

I was born and raised in Minnesota and still reside there with my husband and three kids. You can often find me cleaning or organizing something. I am a details person and a planner. In my free time I love baking (sourdough bread in particular), running, walking my lab puppy and doing anything outdoors!

My husband and I have three kids ages 12, 8 and 6. They keep us busy with hockey, theater and dance! We love to travel and explore new places, but the mountains of Colorado have stolen our hearts. We love hiking, running and finding great restaurants to eat at when we travel.

I graduated from Bethel University with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and taught for 8 years, one in which I was a director of a preschool. This allowed me to practice many skills such as marketing, communicating in various forms, preparing reports, and planning and implementing a curriculum. I am a flexible person who can stay productive when the demands of work are pulling me in many different directions at once.

I’d love to help you stay organized with the details of your business so you can focus on what you love doing most!

Hi, I’m Megan! I’m rooted in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with my husband, our two under two Lucy and Adrian, and our three fur babies. I am an avid Starbucks drinker, a dill pickle fanatic, and an ISFJ who enjoys structure and focuses on details. In just the last few years, life has changed drastically including a new home, new jobs, a wedding, two beautiful babies, and so many other things.

I’ve always been passionate about helping others. I recently graduated with my master’s degree in psychology so helping others involved working in a hospital and as a social worker and case manager. Nowadays, helping others looks more like being a full-time mama to my babies and helping other businesses.

I understand that there are crazy days and to-do lists that don’t always get done. That’s where I come in as a virtual assistant. I work with businesses and entrepreneurs by helping them grow their businesses. I especially enjoy troubleshooting, problem-solving, and creating basic files or spreadsheets as well as more creative tasks like web and graphic design! I’ll take the time to learn about your business and its goals and needs. My work concentrates on the day-to-day, behind-the-scenes tasks so that you can focus on the big things and grow your business efficiently and effectively.
